==Overview==
The shuttles dock to docking sleeves on the [[Destiny]] and attach with docking clamps. One of the shuttles on Destiny received damage to one of its windows which was partially protected by a [[Shield|shield]]. The little air on the ship was being sucked out through the window. [[Senator]] [[Alan Armstrong]] sealed himself in the shuttle to keep air from being lost, and what little air in the shuttle was sucked out and he died. {{Cite|SGU|Air, Part 2}} Another shuttle was found used to transport 17 people off of Destiny after it was found to be on a collision course with a [[Star (Darkness)|star]]. Destiny instead used the star to recharge and the shuttle had to perform a slingshot maneuver around a [[Planet 3 (Light)|planet]] to get back in time. {{Cite|SGU|Light}} [[Matthew Scott]] and [[Ronald Greer]] took a shuttle to defend Destiny from [[Nakai Fighter|alien ships]]. {{Cite|SGU|Space}} A shuttle was used to transport people to a [[Eden|planet]] to collect supplies for a month.
