Colonel Dillon Everett is a male Tau'ri and a member of the United States Marine Corps.

Biography

He was friends with Colonel Marshall Sumner and the two served together for years. He was chosen as the commander of a military team to go to Atlantis to help defend it from the Wraith. He relieved Elizabeth Weir and ordered John Sheppard to contact the Alpha Site and recall any personnel that wanted to fight. Weir wanted to know his plan and Sheppard said that including Weir would help him be trusted by the Atlantis expedition. After explaining their plan, he told Sheppard that he didn't want to have to give Sheppard the same orders twice ever again. He had Sheppard show him the hologram room and learn how the Lanteans had been defeated. He told Sheppard that he had been friends with Sumner and was appalled that Sheppard had fired the shot that ended his life rather than try to save him. When the Wraith began their attack, he led the defense and when Weir said she knew where to obtain some Nuclear bombs, Everett let her leave and promised to buy her a drink if she succeeded. While in the infirmary, he had Sheppard brought to him and apologized for what he said about Sumner, stating that he wished Sheppard had of done the same thing for him.
