The Others are the collective of ascended beings.

The Others comprised of many Ancients who ascended. Template:Cite The Others shielded the existence of humans in the Milky Way, and possibly Pegasus, from the Ori. Template:Cite When Moros retook human form, the Others sent Ganos Lal to observe him. Template:Cite When Anubis ascended they did not want him among them and forced him back partially, warning him not to use his ascended abilities or risk their wrath. Oma punished Jackson herself, sending him back to human form herself to avoid the wrath of the Others.
