The Gadmeer Terraformer is a Gadmeer spaceship designed to terraform.

Overview

The terraformer is about 2 miles in diameter and is capable of travelling between planets. It scans worlds to determine if it matches the two thousand, six hundred and thirty four parameters needed to terraform. When a world is found, it begins destroying plant and animal life by producing an energy curtain at least 20 miles in diameter and then depositing microbes which leech sulfur out of the soil and create sulfur dioxide. Inside the ship has a large storage area with samples of Gadmeer plants and animals that will be recreated. It has energy transporters installed. History

The terraformer scanned thousands of worlds including the Enkaran homeworld before finding P5S-381 which met all the parameters and it began terraforming. The ship scanned some Enkarans and created Lotan as a communicator for them and he transported SG-1 aboard when the ship detected them trying to contact them. Lotan was convinced to stop the terraforming as continuing would kill the Enkarans. Lotan agreed to use the terraformer to transport the Enkarans back to their homeworld.
