Lieutenant Elliot was a male Tau'ri, a member of the United States Air Force, a member of Stargate Command and a member of SG-17.

Biography

He was chosen to take part in a training program for the SGC and joined Grogan, Lt. Jennifer Hailey and Satterfield as a team to train with. They were trained partially by SG-1 and during a training exercise, Grogan shot and stunned Samantha Carter which allowed Daniel Jackson, who was pretending to be a Goa'uld, to stun the whole team. Elliot took responsibility for their failure stating that he got distracted and lost control of the situation. He also poked a hole in the exercise stating that there would be no way that Jack O'Neill and Teal'c would have been taken down so easily. At the next exercise, Grogan was shot and Elliot sent him out while the others went to find their objective. The objective was booby trapped and Elliot ordered the team out rather than disarm it. O'Neill berated him for not making sure that Grogan got out and said that he had "died" in the exercise. When it was revealed that the SGC had been taken over by an alien force, he joined the others and O'Neill to infiltrate the SGC. He directed his team to their objectives and went with Hailey to try to shut down the Stargate but they were called back before they could by O'Neill. When they assaulted Jackson, the alien leader, they set explosives to destroy the device that was controlling the personnel. After their explosives didn't go off, they entered the briefing room to learn it had all been another exercise. The Stargate activated and radiation] began to be transmitted through and Hailey who wasn't with the others was in the gateroom and collapsed. Grogan went after her despite being ordered to come back but discovered she was fine and there was no radiation as it had been a test for him. His first mission was to Revanna and meeting the Tok'ra. He and his team were given a tour of the Tok'ra base by Aldwin and then attended a lecture on the development of Tok'ra insurgency techniques since the collapse of the Second Goa'uld Dynasty. When the Goa'uld attacked and parts of the Tok'ra Tunnels began to collpase, SG-17 was tending to some injured Tok'ra. Ellit was ordered by Major Mansfield to leave but he wanted to remain to help free an injured Tok'ra. The tunnel above them collapsed and Mansfield was injured and the other members of SG-17 were killed. While helping Mansfield, more tunnel collapsed and injured Elliot. He told Carter about how much Lantash loved her and that he loved her as much as he did Jolinar. He told them about the Tok'ra Sensor devices that broadcast messages to keep Tok'ra away after an attack and where they were located. As they got closer he told Carter how to reprogram the sensor to change the message. Trapped on the surface with no escape, Elliot said he would take the Symbiote poison the Goa'uld were after and let the Jaffa find him.
