Ham is pork from a leg cut that has been preserved by wet or dry curing, with or without smoking.

History

Jack O'Neill told Colonel Frank Simmons that he was sorry to take him away from his turkey sandwich to which Simmons replied it was in fact a Ham and Cheese sandwich. Template:Cite
