Tau'ri Long-range communication device

Overview
The device allows people to use Communication stones to swap bodies with others using other devices. Template:Cite The device briefly loses its connection when Destiny enters and exits FTL. History
The device was created using research done on the Ancient Long-range communication device and Communication stones. One of the devices was included in the Destiny expedition supplies and this device was grabbed by Everett Young before he went through the Stargate to Destiny. Template:Cite Nicholas Rush took the device and switched bodies with Dr. Bill Lee on Earth to report to Jack O'Neill. Template:Cite Young and Chloe Armstrong later used it to switch bodies with Colonel David Telford and Dr. Mehta respectively. Template:Cite The device was interrupted when Destiny entered and exited FTL, forcing Young, Chloe and Eli Wallace to briefly return to the ship. Template:Cite Young used the device and it connected him to a Nakai who had handled a communication stone they found on Rush. Template:Cite Dr. Brightman came aboard Destiny to perform surgery but the ship came under attack, and the weapons fire on the shield interfered with the device and stopped the connection.
