Traveler Aurora-class warship

Template:Spaceship This Aurora-class warship was an Aurora-class warship in control of the Travelers.

History

The ship was under control of the Lanteans but after a battle with the Wraith their shields and communications were damaged and they fled. The engines were releasing radiation so they had to abandon the ship. It orbited a star for 10,000 years until it was found by the Travelers. They repaired the systems but were unable to control them. In 2007, John Sheppard was captured and his blood was taken to try to work on a control interface adapter. Sheppard agreed to help them with it but soon took control and took the ship. He modified the Subspace communications array to send a Morse code signal but it attracted a Cruiser, who were able to destroy the bridge and cripple the ship. Some Wraith came aboard as Sheppard used the Drones to destroy the Cruiser. The Wraith were taken care of and more Traveler Spaceships arrived, boarding the warship and taking control. Sheppard was released and the Travelers left with the ship. Template:Cite The ship went to investigate a number of Hive ships that were in orbit of a planet. It later took part in a battle with the Asurans.
