Wraith Mind manipulator
Template:Technology A Wraith Mind manipulator is a device that manipulates human minds.
Overview
The device produces modulating, ultra-low frequency pulses that interfere with human minds, causing them to hallucinate enemies and dangerous situations, even turning on one another as they see former friendlies as enemies. The signal it produces interferes with radio signals. The device has a number of tendrils which act like antennae. It gets power from a central core that connects to other parts through accentuator veins. Template:Cite
History
The Wraith built this device on M1B-129 to find a better way to manipulate their prey. Some Genii found it and activated it, before shooting at it to try to turn it off. It was found by Leonard's team and later Sheppard's team. Meredith Rodney McKay investigated the device and found a way to disable it. Template:Cite
