[[Jeannie Miller]] came up with a math proof that was used to create a matter bridge in a [[Lantean Containment chamber]] on [[Atlantis]] to extract zero point energy from an alternate reality and prevent the creation of exotic particles in this universe. The bridge worked but the reality it connected to was inhabited and began causing a tear in the universe so an alternate [[Meredith Rodney McKay#Alternate Realities|Meredith Rodney McKay]] was [[Asgard Transporter|beamed]] into the rupture and travelled the bridge.
